We are looking for a full-time Videographer & Content Creator to join our expanding team! You’ll be responsible for creating engaging video and social media content that aligns with our brand voice and messaging. Videographer & Social Media Content Creator Responsibilities:

As our videographer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality video content that resonates with our audience and helps us grow our online presence
Producing daily videos for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook that align with our brand messaging and voice
Optimize video content for social media platforms, ensuring proper formatting, aspect ratios, and file sizes for maximum visibility and engagement
Collaborating with our marketing and social media teams to brainstorm ideas and concepts for new video content
Stay up to date with emerging video trends, social media algorithms, and real estate industry news to continuously refine strategies and produce cutting-edge content
Monitor and analyze video performance metrics, such as views, engagement, and reach, and leverage data-driven insights to improve future content
Maintain an organized media library, cataloging and archiving footage, graphics, and other digital assets for easy retrieval and future use
Traveling to various locations to capture footage and create content
Managing and maintaining our video equipment and editing software
Communicating and collaborating with other team members, such as writers and designers, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all content

Videographer & Social Media Content Creator Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a videographer, with a portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of video production, editing, and storytelling
Proficient in using professional video and audio equipment, such as cameras, microphones, lighting, etc.
Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
A deep understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Salary Range of $50,000-60,000 annually, based on experience
