A question we often get as a real estate firm is “When is the best time to sell?”  Traditionally sellers tend to wait for Springtime since there tends to be more buyers.  Yet, 2020 and 2021 are by no means traditional years.  We have seen the lowest mortgage interest rates in over 30 years, making buyers motivated to close fast, with an unprecedented amount of demand.  On average, there are 3 offers made on property, leading to bidding wars.  Simply put, buyer demand has grown exponentially while houses on the market have drastically decreased. 

Right now is the BEST time to sell a home in the DFW Metroplex that has ever existed!  The pandemic has caused many to put off or even cancel their plans of selling their homes, meanwhile there have been an above average amount of families relocating to the DFW Metroplex.  This is why the DFW Metroplex is predicted to be the 6th hottest housing market in the nation.
