MD Residential Directors

M&D Real Estate values a combination of education and practical experience in our candidates. The minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent, while a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred for a more comprehensive academic background. 

We highly regard industry experience, with a minimum of 5 years in sales being a significant advantage. Proficiency in office software and phone systems is essential for smooth daily operations.

Most importantly, candidates must possess a valid state-required real estate license in good standing, demonstrating their commitment to professional standards and regulatory compliance. 

This blend of formal education, hands-on experience, and professional certification ensures our team members are well-equipped to provide top-tier service to our clients.

How is M&D's Model Unique?

Let’s talk about the typical costs of leading a real estate office, compared to what you’re expected to invest and stand to gain as a Director of an M&D Real Estate Office.

First, if you were to be a RE/MAX Franchise Owner, you would on average, be expected to pay $34,500 to $224,000 up front. Then, you could expect to make about $50,000 annually, or $24 per hour.

What about if you were to own a Keller Williams Office? As a KW Business Owner, you would first be expected to put up anywhere from $183,947 to $336,995, including a $35,000 franchise fee. KW franchisees are also required to have at least $150,000 in cash or liquid assets on hand. Then, you stand to make about $90,000 per year annually.

With M&D, you put up $0.00. M&D provides the office, systems, & staff. You can expect to make six figures easily the first year. Then,  seven figures as you grow the office.

Regional Office Directors coordinate and plan the weekly training schedule for agents and take turns delivering the training presentation via our remote online system

Onboarding of New Agents

M&D staff at the central office assist Directors by setting up agents on all systems and providing their onboarding and training when they join the firm
