M&D Residential Group is looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our team. Location:

Rockwall, Texas

Inside Sales Agent Responsibilities:

Manage, qualify and convert inbound sales inquiries/calls and digital marketing leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
Consistent follow up with prospects
Manage the database of prospective clients to ensure information on all leads is organized and current
Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met

Inside Sales Agent Qualifications:

High School Diploma Required
2+ years of Inside or Outside Sales Experience
Exceptional Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Experience in Real Estate Industry Preferred, But Not Required

Salary:

Compensation Range: $40,000 – $100,00
Salary of $40,000 + Commission on Appointments Set
