Let’s talk about the typical costs of leading a real estate office, compared to what you are expected to invest and stand to gain as a Director of an M&D Real Estate Office.

First, if you were to be a RE/MAX Franchise Owner, you would on average, be expected to pay $34,500 to $224,000 up front. Then, you could expect to make about $50,000 annually, or $24 per hour.

What about if you were to own a Keller Williams Office? As a KW Business Owner, you would first be expected to put up anywhere from $183,947 to $336,995, including a $35,000 franchise fee. KW franchisees are also required to have at least $150,000 in cash or liquid assets on hand. Then, you stand to make about $90,000 per year annually.

How about leading an M&D Real Estate office? The amount you are expected to put up front is $0.00. We provide the office and all equipment/systems needed. The amount you are expected to make in the first year is easily six figures. The amount you stand to make from active and passive income in following years is up to seven figures as you grow your team and the office.
