We are excited to announce the recent opening of the newest Bahama Buck’s franchise, located in a brand-new shopping center in Sunnyvale, Texas, Charales Plaza. The franchise and new shopping center are located at the intersection of Belt Line and Town East Boulevard.
Charales Plaza, a newly constructed ±38,400 square foot shopping center is being listed and leased by M&D Real Estate. The newly built plaza has brought great traffic to this new Bahama Buck’s franchise.
M&D Real Estate representatives said they expect to see the same for other businesses looking to relocate or expand within the new shopping center.
“With over 245,000 people in a five-mile radius and almost $2 billion spent in the Sunnyvale area in 2020, this is prime real estate for almost any business,” said Kevin Weable, Commercial Director at M&D Real Estate.
“We are thrilled for Bahama Bucks that they are seeing such a great turnout and look forward to helping additional businesses see the same results.”
Bahama Buck’s was founded on a hot, 1990, summer day in Lubbock, Texas, by Blake Buchanan. With a dream and one ice shaver, Blake founded one of the most successful shaved ice brands in the nation.
As of 2022, Bahama Buck’s operates over 100 stores across the country, with over 100 additional stores reported to be coming soon.
